Post: Israeli Military Issues Order to Seize Over 1,000 Dunums in Tubas Governorate

Tubas: Israeli occupation authorities have issued a military order to seize 1,292 dunums of Palestinian-owned land in the Tubas governorate of the occupied West Bank. This development was confirmed by local officials who highlighted the impact on the region.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Mu'taz Bisharat, a monitor of settlement activities in Tubas, reported that the targeted lands fall within natural basins numbered 230, 235, 237, 238, 253, 254, and 255. Bisharat detailed that the military order claims the land under the pretext of military use.

The land confiscation is part of ongoing actions by Israeli authorities aimed at controlling more Palestinian land, particularly in the northern Jordan Valley and Tubas area. These actions are often justified through various military and security-related reasons.
