Jenin: Israeli occupation forces uprooted and destroyed dozens of olive trees today in Dhahr al-Abed area, south of Jenin, according to local sources. Local resident Jihad Ammarneh reported that Israeli forces targeted a large number of olive trees on his agricultural land.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, earlier in the day, occupation bulldozers initiated the opening of a road from the colonial outpost established on the hills of Khirbet Masoud near Dhahr al-Abed. This road project passes through Ammarneh's 13-dunum seized land, part of efforts to expand the outpost that was illegally established in 2019.
The area has seen repeated attacks by colonists who not only destroy property but also graze livestock on agricultural lands, contributing to ongoing acts of aggression and destruction.
