Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces began bulldozing agricultural land in the Wadi al-Hummus area, near the town of Dar Salah and the village of al-Khas, east of Bethlehem, on Monday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, activist Nidal Hzeibi reported that Israeli bulldozers started razing approximately 20 dunams of agricultural land in the al-Buq'a area of Wadi al-Hummus. The land, which is planted with olive trees, is located behind the apartheid wall and belongs to residents of the Jerusalem neighborhood of Sur Baher.
Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by military bulldozers, entered the area after creating an opening in the apartheid wall. This action is in preparation for bulldozing the land, which had previously been slated for demolition.
