Jenin: Israeli occupation forces stormed the commercial market in the city of Jenin on Wednesday evening.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces raided a commercial shop near the vegetable market in the city center, triggering panic among civilians and shopkeepers. The unexpected incursion caused significant disruption as shopkeepers and civilians scrambled to find safety amid the chaos.
During the operation, Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters near the Grand Mosque, contributing to the tense atmosphere in the vicinity of the raid area. In addition to the activities around the commercial center, Israeli military vehicles also entered the industrial zone of Jenin, heightening the sense of unrest and insecurity among residents.
The forces further extended their operations by raiding a house belonging to the Al-Adas family on Al-Nasra Street. These actions have added to the growing tensions in the region, with the local community expressing concerns over the increasing frequency of such military activities.
