Israeli Forces Raid Al-Mughayir Village in Ramallah, Declare It Closed Military Zone

Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, on Thursday morning.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Amin Abu Alia, head of the Al-Mughayyir village council, reported that an Israeli army force entered the village, during which they fired sound bombs. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Abu Alia further explained that the occupation forces closed shops, imposed a curfew in the village, sealed off its entrance, and declared it a closed military zone. Meanwhile, dozens of colonists gathered at the village entrance.

He also noted that al-Mughayir has faced repeated attacks by both Israeli forces and colonists. These incidents include threats received by residents through phone calls and text messages from colonists.
