Israeli Forces Issue Demolition Notice Against Palestinian-Owned House in Tubas

Tubas: Israeli occupation forces issued a demolition notice late Sunday night against a Palestinian-owned house in the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas. The house belongs to Abdul Raouf Rajeh al-Masri, a Palestinian who was killed by Israeli troops.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a large unit of Israeli soldiers entered the town where they delivered the demolition notice. The action is part of a broader pattern affecting numerous Palestinian structures. The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reports that Israeli authorities have demolished 588 structures, impacting 843 Palestinians, including 411 children. During the same period, 556 additional structures received demolition warnings. These included 322 inhabited homes, 18 uninhabited dwellings, 151 agricultural facilities, and 97 classified as sources of livelihood.

The demolition activities and warnings have significant implications for the affected communities, leading to displacement and loss of livelihood, exacerbating the already tense situation in the region.
