Qabatiya: A Palestinian child was injured by live fire from Israeli occupation forces in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin. The incident occurred on Thursday as Israeli forces conducted operations in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources indicated that the child sustained a gunshot wound to the leg. Emergency services transported the child to a hospital where the injury was assessed as minor.
The report detailed that the Israeli forces had entered Qabatiya, deploying infantry units throughout the town. The forces focused their activities in the downtown area, where they used live ammunition during the operation.
