Hebron: Israeli occupation forces (IOF) imposed a curfew on several neighborhoods in the Old City of Hebron on Thursday and raided several homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, activist Aref Jaber reported that the IOF intensified measures against residents in most neighborhoods of the Old City. Strict curfews were imposed in the Jaber, Salaymeh, and Wadi al-Hussein neighborhoods east of the city. The forces conducted raids and home searches, checking the IDs of homeowners.
Jaber further noted that repressive measures have been enforced on over 11 neighborhoods in the Old City since October 7, 2023. Residents have faced evening curfews and complete lockdowns on Fridays and Saturdays. Furthermore, their movement is heavily restricted, and they experience daily harassment from both IOF soldiers and armed settler groups.
