Post: Israeli Forces Detain Over 30 Palestinians During Beit Ummar Raid

Beit ummar: Israeli forces detained dozens of Palestinians on Thursday during a military raid on the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency, media activist Muhammad Awad reported that Israeli forces stormed Beit Ummar, raiding and searching several homes, and ransacking their contents before detaining more than 30 members of the Awad family. The detainees were subsequently transferred to an Israeli military camp inside the settlement of Karmei Tzur, located on Palestinian land south of the town.

Israeli forces also intensified measures against the town's residents by blocking the only remaining road leading into Beit Ummar with earth mounds. This move followed their earlier closure of all other entrances to the town, effectively preventing residents from leaving or reaching their workplaces.
