Jenin: Israeli occupation forces detained four Palestinians, including a young woman, during a raid on the city of Jenin and housing for displaced families near the Arab American University at dawn on Tuesday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, local sources reported that large Israeli military forces stormed the city and raided a residential building near the Martyr Yahya Ayyash Roundabout in central Jenin. Furthermore, they raided the German Neighborhood, where former prisoner Ghassan al-Atrash was detained, and arrested Thaer Alawneh after raiding his home in the al-Basateen neighborhood. In the Jabal Abu Dhuhair area, the forces detained Mohammad Abahra after storming his home.
The sources added that Israeli forces also raided a residential building housing displaced families from Jenin refugee camp near the Arab American University and detained Basmala Hawashin, the sister of slain Palestinian Mohammad Hawashin.
