Shuqba: Israeli occupation forces demolished two under-construction Palestinian homes in the village of Shuqba, west of Ramallah, on Tuesday morning. The demolition operation took place in the al-Attari area of the village, causing unrest among the local residents.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, Head of the Shuqba Village Council Khalaf Qadah reported that the Israeli forces, accompanied by bulldozers, entered the village and proceeded to demolish a house belonging to Wael Salama Qadah and another belonging to the son of Abdul Qader Shalash. The combined area of the two homes was approximately 330 square meters.
Khalaf Qadah also mentioned that during the demolition operation, Israeli forces fired stun grenades at residents who were present, escalating tensions in the area. The demolition of the homes has drawn criticism from local authorities and residents, who view it as part of a broader pattern of actions against Palestinian property in the region.
