Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces detained dozens of citizens and assaulted them at dawn on Wednesday during a raid on the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah. The Sinjil Municipality reported that a large force of Israeli occupation forces stormed the town at dawn today, raided dozens of homes, and took dozens of residents to a field investigation center in front of the home of citizen Muhammad Zaid Tawafsha. They assaulted and abused them. Among the detainees was high school student Ayoub Jabr Khalil.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the municipality added that the occupation forces ransacked dozens of homes, vandalized and destroyed citizens' property, and seized a motorcycle before withdrawing. All detainees were released after hours of field investigation.
