Ramallah: The Israeli occupation forces detained at least 20 Palestinians, including former detainees, in the occupied West Bank during the last 24 hours.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Commission and the Palestine Prisoners Society (PPS) reported that the occupation forces are continuing their detention activities and field investigations. The pace of these operations has recently escalated, accompanied by widespread abuse, attacks, and threats, as well as acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens' homes.
These detention campaigns and field investigation operations are part of the systematic policies used by the occupation forces. They serve as prominent tools in the policy of collective punishment, targeting citizens and exerting pressure on the Palestinian community.
