Colonists Assault Palestinian Citizen and Activist in Northern Jordan Valley

Khirbet al-Farisiyah: Armed Israeli colonists attacked a Palestinian citizen and an activist late last night in Khirbet al-Farisiyah, in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the colonists stormed the Naba' al-Ghazal community, assaulting the victims and causing distress among residents, particularly women and children. During the attack, one of the assailants reportedly pointed a weapon at the families as they resisted the assault on their tents.

The community of al-Farisiyah has been subjected to repeated colonist attacks over the years. These incidents often involve tent raids, restrictions on shepherds, livestock theft attempts, and physical assaults, which are frequently conducted under the protection of Israeli forces.

Last month alone, colonists carried out 230 attacks across several regions, including 43 incidents each in Nablus and Hebron, 38 in Ramallah, and 25 in Jerusalem. Additionally, there were 68 cases of vandalism and property theft affecting vast areas of Palestinian land.
