QALQILYA: Israeli occupation forces today demolished a Palestinian-owned water well in the town of Ras Atiya, located to the south of Qalqilya. Yasser Maraaba, the director of the Support Services Department in the Agriculture Directorate, said that Israeli forces raided the said town and proceeded to demolish the well. He added that the well benefits more than 400 farmers, covering about 1,500 agricultural dunums of lands. The material losses caused by the occupation is estimated at about $100,000.
