Jenin: Israeli occupation forces Monday evening demolished three Palestinian-owned stores in Barta'a town, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, according to a local source. Mayor of Barta'a, Ghassan Kabaha, reported that the occupation forces entered the southern entrance of the town and dismantled three stores owned by Hani Jabr, Mohammad Kabaha, and Shuqeir Hajja, leaving them in ruins.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, this marked the second incident within two months where occupying forces demolished Kabaha's store. The mayor highlighted that these stores were crucial for the livelihood of over 20 families. He emphasized that there has been a notable increase in Israeli violations against the town in recent years, stressing the need for urgent intervention.
