Jenin: Israeli occupation forces Monday evening tore down Palestinian-owned stores in al-Mansoura village, south of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, according to local sources. They reported that a convoy of Israeli army vehicles, including bulldozers, demolished three stores on Nablus-Jenin Street, citing the reason as being unlicensed.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, earlier the same evening, the occupation forces also demolished three Palestinian-owned stores in Barta'a town, northwest of Jenin. The ongoing actions are part of a broader operation by the Israeli forces in the region.
The occupation forces have been engaged in a military campaign in the governorate of Jenin for 63 consecutive days. The operations have included house-to-house raids, breaking into residential buildings, and detaining civilians.
