Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian-owned shack in the village of al-Walaja, west of Bethlehem. The head of the al-Walaja village council, Khader al-Araj, reported that the forces stormed the village, stationed near al-Huda Mosque, and proceeded to demolish a shack used as a bakery belonging to resident Ali Odeh.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission stated that Israeli occupation authorities carried out 75 demolitions in July. These demolitions affected 122 structures, including 60 inhabited homes, 11 uninhabited ones, 22 agricultural facilities, and 26 livelihood facilities.
Additionally, colonists were involved in 232 acts of vandalism and theft during the same month. These acts impacted vast areas of land and led to the uprooting, destruction, and poisoning of 2,844 trees, including 2,647 olive trees.
