JERUSALEM: Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian house in the al-Bustan neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of the occupied Jerusalem. Local sources said that the house belongs Muhammad Abd Odeh, and consists of two rooms with an area of 80-square meters, sheltering his family of five children and his wife. They pointed out that this house is one of hundreds of houses threatened with demolition in order to establish colonists' only parks. The Jerusalem Governorate said in its report issued at the beginning of this month on demolitions and notifications during the month of July that the number of demolitions in the Jerusalem governorate reached 76 demolitions. Meanwhile, the occupation authorities delivered more than 13 demolition notices in various villages and towns in the Jerusalem governorate. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
