Salfit: Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday demolished two Palestinian homes in the village of Iskaka, east of Salfit. Osama al-Dhaher, head of the Iskaka village council, reported that Israeli bulldozers stormed the eastern part of the village and began demolishing two homes owned by brothers Iyad and Mu'ayyad Harb.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the first home, which is under construction, belongs to Iyad, while the second home, belonging to his brother Mu'ayyad, has been inhabited for more than three years. This home covers an area of approximately 170 square meters and consists of one floor.
Israeli occupation forces also demolished greenhouses in the village of al-Jalameh, north of Jenin. Wassef Abu Farha, the owner of the greenhouses, reported that Israeli bulldozers demolished the 10-dunam agricultural greenhouses he and his son own. These greenhouses, built 20 years ago and planted with strawberries, cucumbers, and beans, are the only source of income for Abu Farha and his children.
The village of Al-Jalameh continues to suffer from Israeli restrictions and ongoing construction and demolition orders, under the pretext that it is located within Area C.
