Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces Wednesday demolished a horse stable in the town of Issawiya, northeast of occupied Jerusalem. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli military vehicles stormed the town and deployed throughout it before demolishing the horse stable.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission documented 73 demolitions carried out by Israeli occupation authorities last month. These actions affected 152 structures, including 96 inhabited homes, 10 uninhabited homes, and 34 agricultural and other structures.
These demolitions were concentrated in the Tubas governorate, with 59 structures affected, followed by the Hebron governorate with 39, and the Jerusalem governorate with 17. The commission highlighted that the occupying state is escalating its approach towards Palestinian construction by intensifying demolitions and imposing the cost of demolitions on citizens, as seen recently in Masafer Yatta.
