Israeli forces crack down on Beit-Dajan anti-settlement rally, suffocation cases reported
Israeli occupation forces today cracked down on the weekly anti-settlement march in Beit Dajan village, east of Nablus, causing a number of Palestinians to suffocate from inhaling toxic tear gas. The occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas at the participants, causing several people to suffocate due to tear gas inhalation, said sources at the Red Crescent in Nablus. The Popular Committee for the Defense of the Land in Beit Dajan, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee, and the Factional Coordination Committee in Nablus called on citizens to participate in the rally at the lands threatened with seizure by the Israeli occupation authorities.
