Ramallah: Israeli forces stormed the center of Ramallah and Al-Bireh earlier today. Local sources reported that the occupation forces entered Ramallah al-Tahta, taking positions near the UNRWA elementary boys' school. During the operation, they raided a residential building and used sound bombs and tear gas against homes in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Israeli soldiers brought with them detained Palestinian Hana Baydaq, conducting a raid on her apartment. Additionally, the forces compelled press crews to vacate the area, denying them the opportunity to cover the incident.
Baydaq, along with her husband Bashar al-Tawil, was detained from their home on the 7th of this month. Her husband was released after 24 hours, but the occupation authorities continue to hold Baydaq in the interrogation section of Jalameh Prison. She is being denied access to her lawyers, as reported by the Palestinian Prisoners' Club.
