Israeli Forces Conduct Extensive Demolition Operations in West Bank

Ramallah: Israeli forces have undertaken extensive demolition operations targeting various structures throughout the occupied West Bank.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli occupation forces demolished two homes in the villages of Al-Mughayyir, north of Ramallah, and Al-Funduq, east of Qalqilya, alongside several structures in the Jordan Valley. WAFA correspondents reported that 25 structures were demolished in Khallet Al-Dabaa, including homes, water wells, caves, agricultural rooms, barns, and solar panels, following the forced eviction of residents. Most of these structures belonged to the Dababseh family, who were barred from retrieving their belongings.

In Ramallah, a 150-square-meter home housing five individuals was demolished, and a demolition notice was issued against another house. In the Jordan Valley, residential structures and livestock pens owned by citizens in Khirbet Al-Deir were also demolished.

In Al-Funduq village, east of Qalqilya, a 200-square-meter home was demolished under the pretext of lacking a building permit. Concurrently, Israeli forces entered the village of Nabi Elias, raiding vehicle repair shops along the main road and seizing vehicles.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission's latest report, published on Monday, indicated that the occupation army and its colonists executed a total of 1,693 attacks in April, perpetuating the state's ongoing campaign against the Palestinian people, their lands, and properties.
