HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces today chased Palestinian shepherds off their pastures in the northern Jordan Valley and detained a number of them. Aref Daraghmeh, a local activist, said that an Israeli military force chased the shepherds east of Khirbet Al Farisiya and detained four of them. Earlier today, colonists grazed their cattle on Palestinians-owned farmlands in the Ghazal Spring area in Khirbet Al Farisiya. Palestinian shepherds in many areas of the northern Jordan Valley are subjected to almost daily attacks by Israeli army forces and colonists. Source: Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA
