Israeli Forces Begin Construction of Military Road in Northern West Bank

Tubas: Israeli bulldozers began constructing a military road on Palestinian-owned land in Khirbet Ibziq, northeast of Tubas, on Monday, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Abdel Majid Khudairat, head of the local village council, stated that Israeli forces initiated the construction deep inside residents' agricultural lands and declared the area a 'closed military zone.'

Khudairat further mentioned that Israeli soldiers have cautioned local residents against approaching their own lands situated near the newly established road. This development has raised concerns among the local populace regarding access to their agricultural resources and the potential impact on their livelihoods.
