Israeli Forces Assault and Detain Palestinians in Tubas Raid

Tubas: Israeli occupation forces assaulted a woman and two young men during a raid on the city of Tubas and the town of Tammun, south of the city, on Wednesday. Kamal Bani Odeh, director of the Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) in Tubas, reported that the occupation forces assaulted a 63-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man from Tammun, as well as a 22-year-old man from Tubas. All four individuals were transported to the hospital for treatment.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces detained four Palestinians from Tubas and Tammun. Mustafa Nidal Sawafteh and Wissam Majid Sawafteh were taken from their homes in Tubas, while Khaled Naib Bisharat and Amin Nasser Bisharat were detained following raids on their families' homes in Tammun. During the military operation in Tubas and Tammun, a total of 16 citizens were detained, though 12 were later released.
