Ramallah: Israeli colonists on Friday razed Palestinian-owned land and attacked civilians across the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. They reported that colonists bulldozed farmland and uprooted dozens of olive trees on the outskirts of Turmus Ayya town, northeast of Ramallah, to make room for the expansion of the nearby Shilo colony.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, in the Salfit governorate, colonists attacked two young men at Dahr Rahhal area, north of Deit Ballut town, inflicting bruises across their bodies. The incident has raised concerns about the increasing violence and tensions in the region.
Furthermore, in the Tubas governorate, armed colonists, under army protection, descended upon al-Aqaba village and opened live fire at the villagers. The situation escalated as the colonists had stolen dozens of sheep belonging to a villager of al-Aqaba, prompting the villagers to attempt to retrieve them.
