Salfit: Israeli colonists set fire to the Hajja Hamida Mosque, located between the towns of Deir Istiya and Kifl Haris, northwest of Salfit, early Thursday morning, and scrawled racist slogans on its walls. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Nazmi Salman, a local activist against settlement expansion, reported that residents were shocked to discover the mosque had been set ablaze by colonists who poured flammable material at its entrance. He further noted that residents intervened to prevent the fire from spreading throughout the mosque. The colonists had also spray-painted racist slogans hostile to Arabs and Muslims on its walls.
