Israeli Colonists Hold Provocative Gathering Near Palestinian School in Jericho Area

Jericho: Israeli colonists held a provocative gathering on Monday morning near the Arab al-Ka'abneh Basic School in the al-Muarrajat area, northwest of Jericho, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Hassan Mleihat, general coordinator of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, stated that dozens of colonists stormed the area before dawn. They played loud music and used megaphones to chant religious slogans, which he described as a deliberate provocation aimed at intimidating local residents.

Such actions are part of a broader pattern of colonist violence and harassment across the occupied West Bank, often carried out with the support or passive presence of Israeli military forces.
