Ramallah: Israeli colonists fenced off privately owned Palestinian land on Thursday in the village of Al-Janiya, west of Ramallah. Local sources reported that colonists installed barbed wire fencing around approximately three dunums of land belonging to residents of the village. Israeli authorities had issued an order to seize the land about five months ago.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the fenced-off area lies only dozens of meters from villagers' homes and is located outside the boundaries of the nearby settlement Talmon.
