Ramallah: Israeli colonists chased and expelled shepherds from their lands at the Tel Ma'in site, in the town of al-Karmel, south of Hebron. Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh reported that the colonists, originating from settlements occupying Palestinian lands east of Yatta, stormed Tel Ma'in. The colonists were armed and proceeded to chase the shepherds, forcibly expelling them from their lands.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, this incident is part of ongoing tensions in the region, where settlements continue to expand, often resulting in confrontations with local Palestinian communities. The recent actions by the colonists have escalated concerns over the safety and rights of the local shepherds and their ability to access and utilize their lands without interference.
