Gaza Death Toll Reaches 54,772 Since Start of Israeli Aggression in October 2023

Gaza: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has surged to 54,772, the majority of whom were women and children, since the onset of Israeli aggression in October 2023. In addition, at least 125,834 others have sustained injuries.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources confirmed that out of the total casualties, 4,497 civilians have been killed and 13,793 have been injured since March 18, 2025. This marks the period when the Israeli occupation resumed its offensive on the Gaza Strip following the breach of a ceasefire agreement.

Sources reported that over the past 24 hours alone, 95 slain civilians and 304 injured individuals were received by hospitals in Gaza. The current toll remains incomplete, as numerous victims are still trapped under debris, unreachable by ambulance and rescue teams.
