Jerusalem: Israeli colonists attacked the Bedouin community of Arab al-Ara'ara, located east of Jaba', northeast of occupied Jerusalem, on Thursday. The attack involved setting fire to tires near the residents' homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that a group of colonists initiated the attack on the community, escalating tensions in the region. The incident is part of a series of attacks carried out by colonists from October 7, 2023, to October 5, 2025. During this period, colonists executed 7,154 attacks against Palestinians and their properties, resulting in the death of 34 Palestinians. Additionally, 33 Palestinian Bedouin communities, comprising 455 families and 2,853 individuals, were displaced from their homes to other locations, as documented by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
