Israeli Colonists Assault Palestinian Young Man in Khirbet Ibziq

Khirbet Ibziq: Israeli colonists Tuesday assaulted a Palestinian young man in Khirbet Ibziq, northeast of Tubas, according to a local official.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh reported that a group of Israeli colonists attacked Abdul Majeed Khdeirat, the head of the Ibziq village council. The colonists attempted to seize Khdeirat's private vehicle while he was present in the area.

The presence of Israeli colonists in Khirbet Ibziq has reportedly become almost permanent. During their stay, they have been known to assault local shepherds, preventing them from grazing their livestock in designated pasture areas.

In addition to these confrontations, the colonists have conducted proactive tours among the residents' tents. These activities have instilled fear and terror among the inhabitants, particularly affecting children and women, who are especially vulnerable to the resulting stress and anxiety.
