GAZA: This evening, a number of civilians were killed and others injured as Israeli occupation forces carried out airstrikes on several areas in the Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that an Israeli drone targeted civilians in the Bir Abu Salah area of the Zawaida town, central Gaza, resulting in the killing of one civilian and injuries to others. Additionally, one civilian was killed and several others injured following an Israeli bombardment of the Mashrua area east of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip. Israeli aircraft also targeted homes of civilians north of the Nusseirat Camp, resulting in casualties and injuries. Furthermore, Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the town of Bani Suhaila east of Khan Younis, south of the Strip. Simultaneously, a drone fired live ammunition at civilians east of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City. Earlier today, at least 15 civilians, mostly children and women, were killed and dozens injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the UNRWA-run Abu Araban school in the Nusseirat refugee camp, which houses a large number of displaced persons. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in 38,584 documented Palestinian fatalities, predominantly women and children, and 88,881 injuries, with thousands still trapped under rubble.
