Israeli Airstrikes in Gaza City Result in 10 Civilian Deaths

Gaza city: At least 10 civilians were killed and dozens injured following an early morning bombardment by Israeli forces in Gaza City. The strikes targeted multiple residential areas, causing significant casualties and destruction.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital reported fatalities and injuries from several incidents across the city. Two individuals were killed and others injured when Israeli aircraft struck an apartment building near the Al-Kanz Mosque in the Al-Rimal neighborhood. In a separate incident, an airstrike on a tent housing displaced individuals near the Al-Shalihat area on the Gaza City beach resulted in the deaths of four people, including a child, and injuries to two others.

Another fatality and several injuries occurred after a house on Al-Yarmouk Street was targeted. Additionally, three civilians lost their lives, with others injured, when an Israeli airstrike hit the Tamous Junction in the Al-Nasr neighborhood.

Further casualties and missing persons were reported after the homes of the Balousha and al-Nimr families were struck on Ahmed Yassin Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. The Israeli military used booby-trapped robots to destroy civilian homes in the area and shelled the eastern part of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, accompanied by gunfire from drones.
