Gaza city: At least four Palestinian civilians were killed and dozens more injured following Israeli airstrikes in the central Gaza Strip. The strikes on Tuesday afternoon targeted civilians in the area, leading to significant casualties, as reported by WAFA correspondent.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Al-Awda Hospital confirmed that the airstrikes specifically hit a group of people in the Old Court Street area, northeast of the Nuseirat refugee camp. This attack resulted in the deaths of four Palestinians and injuries to 20 others.
The recent escalation is part of a broader conflict that has been ongoing since October 7, 2023. During this period, Israeli occupation forces have reportedly killed 66,097 Palestinians, with the majority being children and women. Additionally, 168,536 individuals have been injured, with many suffering permanent disabilities as a result of the violence.
