The management of Iraqi Airways company announced the start of implementing reverse transfer flights from the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the homeland after the end of the Hajj rituals for the season 1445 AH. The company's general manager, Manaf Abdel Moneim, said in a statement: 'The first flight of the national carrier took off this morning, Friday, from King Abdulaziz International Airport in the city of Jeddah towards Najaf Al-Ashraf International Airport, and will be followed by direct flights daily from the Kingdom's airports towards local airports.' Abdel Moneim added: 'The company prepared an integrated plan for reverse transfer under direct supervision and follow-up by the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, which included harnessing the full material and human capabilities to provide the best services to Iraqi pilgrims.'
