The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced today, Monday, that Iraq's oil exports to America exceeded 6 million barrels during the past month of July. According to the EIA's data, Iraq exported 6.967 million barrels of crude oil to America in July, at an average of 169 thousand barrels per day, an increase compared to June exports, which amounted to 5.425 million barrels, at an average of 136 thousand barrels per day. The EIA also explained that Iraq's exports witnessed fluctuations during July, as an average of 237 thousand barrels per day were exported during the first week, 79 thousand barrels per day in the second week, and 314 thousand barrels per day in the third week, while exports in the fourth week amounted to 207 thousand barrels per day. According to the EIA, Iraq ranked fifth in the list of the largest oil exporters to America during the past month, after Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
