The General Directorate of Intelligence and Security tightened its grip on a terrorist element in Baghdad. The Directorate stated in a statement that with a qualitative intelligence effort that included monitoring, tracking, and precise ambush operations, the detachments of the Baghdad Intelligence and Security Directorate were able to overthrow a terrorist element west of the capital, Baghdad, who is one of the Directorate's most prominent targets.
