Al-Hajili and Al-Shami inspected work progress in the first phase of the solar energy project, which is being worked on with the support of the Central Interventions Unit with an amount of $ 270,000 and a production capacity estimated at 500 kilowatts. They reviewed the level of achievement in the project to build the second floor of the Faculty of Law building, the maintenance and rehabilitation process of the student housing building, and work on the third phase of the project to finish and furnish classrooms, laboratory wings, and office facilities at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences with self-financing from the university and support from the Interventions Unit.
