Insan Organization for Rights and Liberties expressed its deep concern regarding the dangerous statements made by the leaders of the Israeli occupation regarding a military operation targeting Rafah city in Gaza Strip. The organization confirmed in a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the operation that the Israeli occupation leaders are threatening to implement will be a humanitarian disaster the likes of which modern history has not witnessed since World War II. It pointed out that Rafah is the last refuge for more than one and a half million Palestinian civilians, most of them women and children, who were displaced there as a result of the brutal military campaign of the Zionist entity as a last resort. The statement stated that this operation will greatly double the suffering of Gaza's residents and will lead to thousands of martyrs , wounded , raise the level of regional and international tension with an additional country such as Egypt and the region as a w hole, pointing out that the main reason for the persistence of the Israeli occupation in its crimes and the continuing rise in the level of the Israeli occupation's crimes against the people of Palestine. Resulting from the absence of international deterrence , forms of accountability and punishment for those involved in these crimes. Insan Organization called on the international community and the United Nations to work seriously to protect the people of Gaza, stop the genocide they are being subjected to, end the Israeli aggression against them, lift the siege, and bring in aid quickly instead of additional military operations that will lead to dire consequences with undesirable consequences.
