According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported that three individuals were taken to the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City after the Israeli army opened fire on a group of civilians near the Malika site, east of Gaza. The incident involved soldiers stationed east of the city who reportedly fired on people returning to their homes near the east of Kuwait roundabout.

The civilians were inspecting their homes and lands in the area following the withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Netzarim axis, which divides the Gaza and North governorates from the center and south. Additionally, an elderly woman was killed by Israeli army fire east of the town of Al-Qarara, located east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip.
