Hodeida University organized on Wednesday a protest to condemn the brutal crime committed by the Zionist enemy against the displaced in the school of the followers in the Gaza Strip, which led to the death and injury of hundreds. In the sit-in, which was attended by the President of the University, Dr. Mohamed Al-Ahdal, the participants raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags, chanting slogans condemning the Zionist aggression that commits the most heinous crimes and genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza in light of shameful international and Arab silence. They denounced the repeated violations of sanctities, the latest of which was the desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque by Zionist leaders and Jewish settlers, which is a flagrant violation of the sanctity of Islamic sanctities. They called on the free world to stand against the Zionist, American, and British aggression and to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people by all available means, including the boycott of American and Israe li goods and products, stressing the continuation of solidarity in supporting the Palestinian people and their resistance. A statement issued by the endowment affirmed the continued support of Hodeida University with all its affiliates and students for the directions and options of the leadership, blessing the announcement of the formation of the government of change and construction and heading towards a new stage for the advancement of the state. Several college deans, faculty members and their assistants, university directors, employees, administrators, and students participated in the vigil. Source: Yemen News Agency
