Ramallah - Ma'an - Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Amjad Barham met in his office today with the head of the Military Training Authority, Major General Mahmoud Haroun, and the accompanying delegation. Discussions were held on enhancing cooperation between the ministry and the authority to develop the capabilities of members of the security establishment, including providing scholarships in specialized specializations. The two parties continued their efforts to send the second batch of students from foreign colleges to Indonesia, which is the second mission of its kind in the State of Palestine through which females are sent to study within the foreign colleges program. The meeting was attended by Assistant Undersecretary and Director General of Scholarships and Student Services Dr. Shadi Al-Helou, and Assistant Undersecretary for Student Affairs Mr. Sadiq Al-Khudour.
