Baghdad, The Iraqi judiciary issued a death sentence by hanging until death against a dangerous terrorist who worked as a security official in Nineveh Governorate. A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated: "The General Directorate of Security and Discipline (Directorate of Investigations and Preventive Security) in the Popular Mobilization Authority had previously succeeded in arresting the terrorist after obtaining judicial approvals." He added that: "After completing the judicial investigative procedures, he was referred to the competent court, where the Iraqi judiciary issued a death sentence against him by hanging until death in accordance with the provisions of Article 4/1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law."
