General People’s Congress and National Alliance Parties Condemn Ismail Haniyeh Assassination

The General People's Congress and the National Democratic Alliance parties strongly condemned the assassination of the head of political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in the Iranian capital, Tehran. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the General People's Congress and its allies considered the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh a crime added to the record of Zionist crimes and a violation of all international norms and laws, and comes within the framework of the genocide crimes committed by the Zionist occupation against the Palestinians. The statement indicated that the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh will increase the resistance's steadfastness and strength in confronting the Zionist enemy and continuing the struggle until the Palestinian people liberate their land and establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital. The General People's Congress and its allies expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy to the martyr Ismail Haniyeh fam ily , to the Hamas movement leadership and to all the sons of the Palestinians, asking God Almighty to have mercy on him and to grant him a place in his spacious gardens with the prophets, the righteous and the martyrs.
