A solemn funeral procession was held on Sunday in the capital Sana'a for several martyrs of the homeland, armed forces, and security who lost their lives on the front lines. The ceremony honored Maj. Muqbil Nasser Omran, Cap. Osama Nabil al-Shibri, Cap. Hussein Hussein al-Ali, Cap. Wassim Abdulqawi al-Jawfi, and First Lt Shaker Salim al-Makli. The official funeral, attended by Capital Mayor Hamoud Ubad, Brig. Gen. Abdulaziz Salah, Brig. Gen. Ahmed al-Husseini, along with various military, security leaders, and other dignitaries, followed prayers held at the People's Mosque. The martyrs were then laid to rest in their hometowns.
