Four Palestinians Injured in Israeli Shelling in Rafah, Southern Gaza

Rafah: Four Palestinians, including a woman, were injured on Monday afternoon when an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on a civilian area in the Al-Salam neighborhood, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, earlier in the day, several Palestinians were killed and others injured in an Israeli drone strike that targeted a gathering of people near the Wadi Gaza Bridge in the central Gaza Strip. At least three young men were confirmed killed, and several others sustained injuries when the drone strike hit the group.

Meantime, another Israeli drone strike targeted the al-Jenena neighborhood in the eastern part of Rafah, injuring more civilians with varying degrees of wounds.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 48,572 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 112,032 others injured, according to local health authorities.
